Well, here we are still in quarantine. It’s been a crazy couple of weeks to say the least. As you know, this is a difficult period of time and can get you down if you’re not occupying yourself in some positive way. So, that is where I come in to help. I posted before about a few relaxing activities you could try, but I also wanted to make a post specifically for DIY ideas so here they are!
1. Mood Board



This is a super simple way to make a collage on a piece of cardboard. Just arrange your pictures how you want them, cut off the excess and cover with mod podge. I did not get the chance to do this, but my recommendation would be to add a little bit of paint or glitter in with the mod podge (if it is not the spray kind) and give it an extra tint.
2. Inspiration Wall

This is just a section of my room that I dedicated to motivation and positivity. I add notes from loved ones, pictures, positive sayings, goals, and cut outs from magazines that inspire me!
3. Inspiration Box


Also, instead of putting things on your wall you can use the same idea as #2 but in the form of a box. I include the same types of things with the addition of future plans for trips I want to take:)
4. Half Bleached Shorts


To make these a simply put one side of the shorts in a plastic bag and tied it. Then, I dabbed on a layer of bleach with a sponge, and did a second layer after that dried.
